日粮中添加酵母细胞壁多糖对断奶仔猪生产性能和免疫性能的影响

为评估酵母细胞壁多糖(YCW)对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫性能的影响,本试验选取21日龄断奶仔猪32头(杜长大),随机分成2个处理组,即对照组和试验组,每组4个重复,每重复1栏猪,每栏4头猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+酵母细胞壁多糖(0.1%).试验期28 d,试验结束时,对仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、血清生化指标及部分免疫指标进行测定.结果显示:酵母细胞壁多糖组仔猪平均日采食量(ADFI)和平均日增重(ADG)与对照组基本一致(P>0.05);但酵母细胞壁多糖组仔猪腹泻频率相对于对照组减少了34.76%(P<0.05);其次,酵母细胞壁多糖组仔猪血清生化指标、体液免疫指标与对照组无显著性差异,但血清IgM 水平提高了16.70 mg/L;此外,酵母细胞壁多糖组仔猪的猪瘟和蓝耳抗体水平有提高的趋势(P>0.05).综上,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加酵母细胞壁多糖能够有效降低仔猪腹泻率,并能一定程度上提高仔猪免疫性能.
Effect of yeast cell wall polysaccharide added to diet on performance and Immunity of weaned piglets
In order to evaluate the effect of yeast cell wall (YCW)on the growth performance and immune response of weanling piglets,32 weaned piglets(21 days old)were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups with 4 replicates of 4 pigs in this experiment.The experimental group was fed based diet with yeast cell wall(0.1%),the control group was fed based diet.The experiment lasted for 28 d and the growth performance, diarrhea rate,serum biochemical indicators some immune parameters of piglets were measured.The results showed that the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and average daily gain(ADG)of weaned pigs fed yeast cell wall were basically the same as those of the control group(P > 0.05).However, the frequency of diarrhea in piglets fed yeast cell wall was reduced by 34.76%(P < 0.05)compared with the control group.Secondly,the humoral immunity index of piglets fed yeast cell wall was not significantly different from that in control group, but,serum IgM level was improved by 16.70 mg/L.In addition,the antibody levels of classical swine fever and blue-ear were trendly increased in piglets fed yeast cell wall(P>0.05).The above results showed that adding yeast cell wall to weaned piglets diet could effectively reduce piglet diarrhea rate and improve piglet immunity to a certain extent.
