摘要
蒲公英性寒,味甘、苦,归肝、胃经,具有清热解毒、利尿散结的功效,可药食两用.蒲公英主要含有多糖类、黄酮类、酚酸及萜类等活性物质,提取方法的研究主要集中在多糖、黄酮及酚酸类成分,具有抗氧化、抑菌、抗炎、降血糖、抗肿瘤等生物活性.蒲公英被广泛用于家禽养殖,是一种纯天然的饲料添加剂.文章对蒲公英活性成分的提取工艺、生物活性及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述,为蒲公英的进一步开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Dandelion is cold,sweet and bitter in nature and belongs to the liver,stomach meridian with the function of clearing heat and detoxification,diuretic sanjie,and can be used as both medicine and food.It was found that dandelion mainly contains polysaccharides,flavonoids,phenolic acids,terpenoids and other active substances.The extraction methods mainly focused on polysaccharides,flavonoids and phenolic acids,which had antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor and other biological activities.Dandelion is also widely used in poultry farming and is an all-natural feed additive.In this paper,the extraction technology,biological activity and application of active components in animal production of dandelion were reviewed,which provided reference for further development and utilization of dandelion.
