摘要
鞣花酸是一种多酚二内酯类化合物,具有抗炎、抗氧化及抗生物等多种生物学功能.补充鞣花酸能够提高动物生产性能、改善肉品质及提高动物的抗病能力,在畜牧养殖业具有较好的应用前景.本文归纳总结了鞣花酸的抗氧化、抗炎和抗微生物等生物学功能,以期能更好地将其应用于动物生产.
Abstract
Ellagic acid,a kind of polyphenolic diolide compound,has many biological functions such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-biological activities.Ellagic acid supplementation could improve animal production performance,meat quality,and disease resistance,and has a good application prospect in animal husbandry.This paper reviewed the anti-inflammatory,antioxidant and anti-biological activities of ellagic acid and aimed promote its application in animal production.
