摘要
自抗生素在养殖业中的应用受到限制以来,植物精油作为绿色、高效、安全的抗生素替代品在提高动物生产性能和养殖效益等方面受到越来越多的关注,目前已被广泛应用于动物生产中.断奶仔猪的肠道发育不完全,在饲养过程中受多种因素的影响经常出现腹泻现象,影响生产性能.植物精油具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗炎等特性,能够有效改善断奶仔猪的肠道菌群结构、促进肠道健康发育、提高仔猪生长速度.本文从植物精油的理化特性、生物学活性及其在仔猪生产上的应用进行综述.
Abstract
Since the application of antibiotics in aquaculture has been limited,plant essential oils,as a green,efficient and safe alternative to antibiotics,have attracted more and more attention in improving animal performance and raising profits,and have been widely used in animal production.The intestinal development of weaned piglets is not complete,and diarrhea often occurs due to the influence of various factors in the feeding process,which affects the production performance.Plant essential oil has antibacterial,antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,which can effectively improve the structure of intestinal flora,promote the healthy development of intestinal tract and increase the growth rate of weaned piglets.This article reviewed the physicochemical properties,biological activities and applications of plant essential oils in piglet production.
