黄鸡的皮肤着色是影响消费者购买欲望的一个重要因素,也是当前黄鸡养殖企业面临的一个重要问题.本文结合当前对肉鸡皮肤着色的相关研究,综述了黄鸡皮肤着色的影响因素以及相关措施.
Abstract
The skin pigmentation of yellow-feathered broilers is an important factor that affects consumers'desire to buy,and it is also an important problem faced by the current yellow-feathered broilers breeding enterprises.Based on the current research on skin pigmentation of broilers,this article summarized the influencing factors and relevant measures of skin pigmentation of yellow-feathered broilers.
