Isolation and identification and biological characteristics of four porcine lactic acid bacteria
The purpose of this experiment was to screen high quality Lactobacillus from pigs and lay a foundation for the development of microecological agents in pig production.Four strains of Lactobacillus isolated from pig manure were identified by 16Sr RNA analysis. The growth performance, physiological and biochemical characteristics, acid resistance, high temperature resistance, bile salt resistance and drug resistance of the four strains were tested The results showed that ZLgz1227 had the best comprehensive properties, and its bile salt resistance was the strongest, and its gastric survival rate was 110.56% 44.3%4.98% higher than the other three strains. The study indicated that all the four strains had the potential to make probiotic preparations in order to provide some reference for the actual production of probiotic strains.
