摘要
短链脂肪酸(SCFAs),也称为挥发性脂肪酸,是肠道菌群通过发酵膳食纤维产生的有益代谢物,可以为动物提供能量,促进肠胃机能,调节机体免疫功能,调整肠道菌群平衡.目前,其在水产上的研究及应用还较少,本文概述了 SCFAs作为一种有效饲料添加剂在水产养殖领域的应用,以及对高糖高脂所导致的生长下降、肠道炎症、代谢功能紊乱等方面的作用.
Abstract
Short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs),also known as volatile fatty acids,are beneficial metabolites produced by intestinal flora through the fermentation of dietary fiber.In animals,SCFAs can provide energy for the body,promote gastrointestinal function,regulate immune function,and adjust the balance of intestinal flora.However,there are few researches and applications in aquatic products.This article reviewed the application of SCFAs as an effective feed additive in aquaculture,as well as its effects on growth reduction,intestinal inflammation,and metabolic dysfunction caused by high carbohydrate and fat levels.
