Effects of yeast feed additives on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets
To investigate the effects of adding different levels of yeast feed additives on the growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and blood biochemical indicators of weaned piglets. This experiment selected with similar age and a weight of 21±0.5 kg 120"big×long×large"three way hybrid weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the experimental design. Each experimental group was divided into 3 replicate groups, with 10 piglets in each replicate"big×long×large"three way hybrid weaned piglets were divided into 0(control group),1.0%,2.0%,and 3.0%yeast feed additive groups. The pre experiment for experimental feeding was 10 days, and the entire experimental period was 60 days. The results showed that:1)The average daily gain of the 2.0%and 3.0%yeast feed additive groups was significantly increased by 15.5%and 15.9%compared to the control group(P<0.05),and their feed weight was significantly reduced by 12.6%and 12.6%compared to the control group(P<0.05);2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber nutrients in feces of the 2.0%and 3.0%yeast feed additives groups was significantly increased by 11.2%,12.1%,12.9%,and 15.7%compared to the control group,respectively(P<0.05);3)The levels of TP and GLB in the serum of the 2.0%and 3.0%yeast feed additives groups were significantly increased by 17.2%,17.6%,21.0%,and 22.3%compared to the control group(P<0.05),respectively.The levels of AST and BUN in the serum were significantly reduced by 18.7%,18.7%,10.7%,and 12.0%compared to the control group(P<0.05).In summary, adding 2.0%yeast feed additives can effectively improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of piglets, improve blood biochemical indicators, and can be promoted and applied in production.
