Effects of compound enzyme preparation on growth performance, slaughtering performance, and blood biochemical indicators of luhua chickens
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound enzyme preparation on the growth performance, slaughter performance, and blood biochemical indicators of Luhua chickens.A total of 600 Luhua chickens were divided into control group and two enzyme groups which contained 5 replicates in each group and 40 pigs in each replicate. The experimental period was 78 d.The results showed that there were no significant differences of body weight at 42,84,120 days old,the same as ADG、ADFI、F/G in periods of 42~120-day and 85~120-day.The ADG of 42~84-day period was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The content of TP,ALB,BUN,and SOD were improved, the GLU and MDA were reduced. The content of TG and TC in enzyme group 2 were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The content of UA in enzyme group 1 and group 2 were significantly(P<0.05)and extremely significant(P<0.01)lower than the control group respectively. The slaughter rate, full bore rate, and half bore rate were all improved. The chest muscle rate and the leg muscle rate of enzyme group 2 were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In summary,it can promote the growth, protein synthesis, lipid metabolism,antioxidant-ability,and slaughter performance by adding complex enzyme preparations to diet of Luhua chickens.
