益生菌发酵板芪复合物对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

文章旨在研究板芪复合物和益生菌发酵板芪复合物对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响。试验将 60 头 28 日龄刚刚断奶的三元仔猪随机分为 1 个对照组和 2 个试验组,试验组仔猪在饲料中分别按照 0。5%的比例添加益生菌发酵板芪复合物和未发酵的板芪复合物,连续使用 28 d,并分别在仔猪的 35、42、49、56 日龄采血,检测血液中的红细胞数目、淋巴细胞数目、血红蛋白含量等生化指标,计算仔猪腹泻率、日增重、料重比等生长性能指标,采用平板计数法分别对肠道大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌进行计数。结果表明:添加 0。5%的发酵和不发酵的板芪复合物均能显著提高断奶仔猪血液中的血红细胞数目、淋巴细胞数目和血红蛋白含量等(P<0。05);并能显著降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率和死亡率(P<0。05);同时能增加断奶仔猪日增重(P<0。05);发酵板芪复合物组仔猪的直肠乳酸杆菌数量显著高于未发酵组和对照组(P<0。05),大肠杆菌数量显著低于未发酵组和对照组(P<0。05)。试验表明,板芪复合物对提高断奶仔猪生长性能、降低其腹泻率和死亡率均具有很好的功效。
Effects of Banqi powder fermented by probiotics on growth performance of weaned piglets
The experiment aimed to explore the effect of Banqi powder and Banqi powder fermented by probiotics on growth performance of animals.60 Weaned Piglets at the 28 day age were selected as animal models and were randomly divided into 3 groups.Weaned Piglets were respectively fed with the experimental diets supplemented with 0.5%Banqi powder fermented by probiotics,0.5%Banqi powder.The piglets were fed for 28 days.On the 7th,14th and 21st day,28th,blood sample was collected from the front cavity vein of each pig.The number of red blood cells and lymphocytes,the content of hemoglobin and other biochemical indicators in the blood were detected.The growth performance indexes such as diarrhea rate,daily gain and feed weight ratio of piglets were calculated.E.coli and lactobacillus were counted by plate counting method.The results showed that Banqi powder fermented by probiotics and Banqi complex could significantly increase the number of red blood cells,lymphocytes and hemoglobin content in the blood of piglets,could significantly reduce the diarrhea rate and mortality,increase the daily gain of piglets(P<0.05).The number of intestinal lactobacillus of Banqi powder fermented by probiotics was significantly higher than that of Banqi power and control group(P<0.05).The number of intestinal E.coli was reversed(P<0.05).In general,Banqi complex has a good effect on improving the growth performance of piglets and reducing their diarrhea rate and mortality.
