文章旨在研究基础日粮中用棉籽粕(Cottonseed meal,CSM)替代豆粕对肉羊生长性能、抗氧化指标及肉品质的影响。试验将 96 只初始体重无显著差异的杜寒杂交肉羊随机分为 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 8 只。对照组(CON组)根据NRC(2007)建议配制基础日粮,其余 3 组分别用 33。33%(L组)、66。67%(M组)、100。00%(H组)的棉籽粕替代基础日粮中的豆粕,试验为期 60 d。结果表明,(1)与CON组相比,H组肉羊末重显著降低 2。03%(P<0。05),平均日增重显著降低 4。92%(P<0。05),料重比显著提高 5。13%(P<0。05)。CON组、L组、M组肉羊末重、平均日增重、料重比无显著差异(P>0。05)。(2)与CON组相比,H组肉羊血清总抗氧化能力显著降低 24。42%(P<0。05),超氧化物歧化酶显著降低 15。70%(P<0。05),丙二醛显著提高 28。61%(P<0。05)。CON组、L组、M组肉羊血清总抗氧化能力、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛无显著差异(P>0。05)。(3)与CON组相比,M组、H组滴水损失显著提高 46。86%、47。19%(P<0。05),与CON组相比,M组、H组蒸煮损失显著提高5。89%、6。19%(P<0。05)。L组滴水损失、蒸煮损失高于CON组,但无显著差异(P>0。05)。结论:以中低水平(33。33%、66。67%)棉籽粕替代基础日粮中的豆粕,对肉羊的生长性能、抗氧化指标无负面影响;以中高水平(66。67%、100。00%)棉籽粕替代基础日粮中的豆粕,会降低肉羊的肉品质。
Effect of replacing soybean meal with cottonseed meal in basic diet on growth performance,antioxidant indicators,and meat quality of meat sheep
The study aims to investigate the effects of cottonseed meal(CSM)replacing soybean meal in basic diets on the growth performance,antioxidant indicators,and meat quality of meat sheep.96 Du Han crossbred meat sheep with no significant difference in initial weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 8 in each replicate.The control group(CON group)was allocated a basic diet according to NRC(2007)recommendations,while the other three groups were replaced with 33.33%(L group),66.67%(M group),and 100.00%(H group)of cottonseed meal in the basic diet.The experimental period was 60 days.The result showed that,(1)Compared with the CON group,the final weight of the H group meat sheep significantly decreased by 2.03%(P<0.05),the average daily gain significantly decreased by 4.92%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly increased by 5.13%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the final weight,average daily gain,and feed to weight ratio of meat sheep among the CON group,L group,and M group.(2)Compared with the CON group,the total antioxidant capacity of serum in the H group significantly decreased by 24.42%(P<0.05),superoxide dismutase significantly decreased by 15.70%(P<0.05),and malondialdehyde significantly increased by 28.61%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum total antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase,and malondialdehyde among CON,L,and M groups of meat sheep(P>0.05).(3)Compared with the CON group,the drip loss of M and H groups significantly increased by 46.86%and 47.19%(P<0.05),and the cooking loss of M and H groups significantly increased by 5.89%and 6.19%(P<0.05).The drip loss and cooking loss in the L group were higher than those in the CON group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Replacing soybean meal in the basic diet with medium to low levels(33.33%,66.67%)of cottonseed meal has no negative impact on the growth performance and antioxidant indicators of meat sheep;Replacing soybean meal in the basic diet with medium to high levels(66.67%,100.00%)of cottonseed meal will reduce the meat quality of mutton sheep.
