With the rapid rise of the feed industry,China is currently in a new stage of development from a major feed producing country to a feed power.However,in the process of transformation,the structural supply issues of the traditional feed industry still constrain the transformation and upgrading of the feed processing industry.Therefore,it is necessary to find effective ways to activate the development momentum of the traditional feed industry.Based on this,this article aims to deeply explore the impact of the digital economy era on feed enterprises and how to address the challenges faced by digital transformation,in order to achieve sustainable development of the feed industry.And a series of feasible innovative measures have been proposed to solve these problems It hopes that the implementation of these suggestions will contribute to the sustainable development of feed enterprises,enabling them to fully tap into their potential in the digital economy era,improve total factor productivity,reduce resource mismatch,and achieve a smooth transition from a feed producing country to a feed power in China.
