With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the agricultural industry and rural economy have both developed rapidly.Driven by the rural revitalization strategy,feed enterprises have broad development prospects.However,given the operational characteristics of feed enterprises,it is necessary to start from the perspective of financial management,scientifically allocate funds,promote fund return,and actively build a refined financial management model,continuously improve internal control systems,pay attention to the creation of financial sharing centers,improve business management level through business finance integration,and assist the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
