日粮中添加黑水虻幼虫粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响

文章旨在探究日粮添加黑水虻幼虫粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及经济效益的影响.试验将 1200 只日龄相近,产蛋性能较好的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 60 只.分别用 0%,10%,20%和 30%的黑水虻幼虫粉替代基础饲粮中的鱼粉.试验为期 42 d(其中预饲期 7d,正试期 35 d).试验结果表明,与对照组相比,使用20%和 30%的黑水虻幼虫粉替代日粮中的鱼粉蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高 2.1%和 3.3%(P<0.05);料蛋比显著降低 5%和 6%(P<0.05).此外,日粮中添加黑水虻幼虫粉对蛋鸡平均蛋重、平均日采食量、软破蛋率和蛋鸡死亡率均无显著影响(P>0.05).使用 20%和 30%的黑水虻幼虫粉替代日粮中的鱼粉可显著提高鸡蛋蛋白高度(P<0.05);使用30%的黑水虻幼虫粉替代日粮中的鱼粉可显著提高鸡蛋的哈氏单位(P<0.05);此外,日粮中添加黑水虻幼虫粉对鸡蛋蛋黄颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋形指数、蛋壳比例、蛋黄比例和蛋白比例均无显著影响(P>0.05).使用黑水虻幼虫粉替代日粮中的鱼粉后,饲料成本分别降低 0.01、0.02 和 0.03 元;鸡蛋收入分别提高 0.4、2.19 和 2.31 元;此外,使用 20%和 30%的黑水虻幼虫粉替代日粮中的鱼粉后蛋鸡养殖毛利润分别显著提高 2.21 和 2.34 元(P<0.05).总之,在本试验条件下,黑水虻幼虫粉最适替代量为 30%.
The effect of adding black water fly larvae powder to the diet on the production performance,egg quality,and economic benefits of laying hens
This study aims to investigate the effects of adding black water fly larval powder to the diet on the production performance,egg quality,and economic benefits of laying hens.1200 Hailan brown laying hens of similar age and good laying performance were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group and 60 chickens in each replicate.Do not use 0%,10%,20%,and 30%black water fly larval meal as a substitute for fish meal in the basic diet as the experimental feed.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days(including 7 days of pre test and 35 days of trial).The experimental results showed that compared with the control group,replacing fish meal in the diet with 20%and 30%black water fly larval meal significantly increased the egg production rate of laying hens by 2.1%and 3.3%(P<0.05);Reduce the feed to egg ratio by 5%and 6%,respectively.In addition,the addition of black water fly larval powder to the diet did not significantly affect the average egg weight,average daily feed intake,soft break rate,and mortality rate of laying hens(P>0.05).Replacing fish meal in the diet with 20%and 30%black water fly larval meal significantly increased egg protein height(P<0.05);The use of 30%black water fly larval meal as a substitute for fish meal in the diet significantly increased the Harbin unit of eggs(P<0.05);In addition,the addition of black water fly larvae powder to the diet had no significant effect on egg yolk color,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,egg shape index,eggshell ratio,egg yolk ratio,and protein ratio(P>0.05).After replacing fish meal in the diet with black water fly larval meal,the feed cost was reduced by 0.01,0.02,and 0.03 yuan,respectively;Egg income increased by 0.4,2.19,and 2.31 yuan respectively;In addition,replacing fish meal in the diet with 20%and 30%black water fly larval meal significantly increased the gross profit of laying hens by 2.21 and 2.34 yuan,respectively(P<0.05).In summary,the optimal replacement amount for black water fly larval powder is 30%.
