This article delves into the talent cultivation aspect of import and export trade in the feed industry under the new situation.Based on the analysis and trend analysis of the current feed market,it analyzes the current situation of import and export trade in China's feed industry,and recognizes that talent cultivation is becoming increasingly important in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and enhancing international competitiveness.However,current talent cultivation is facing many difficulties,such as low quality of talent cultivation,and the mismatch between talent growth and industry demands.In order to address these issues,this article proposes relevant strategies,such as integrating training with practice,focusing on the cultivation of new feed materials and technical talents,establishing a sound talent selection and guarantee mechanism,and strengthening cooperation and co education between the industry and universities.The aim is to provide some reference and reference for the cultivation of import and export trade talents in the feed industry,in order to help the feed industry develop better and faster.
