摘要

生姜是具有营养和药用价值的植物性饲料原料,其活性成分具有抗癌、抗氧化、抗菌等功能,选择合适的提取工艺是开发和利用生姜资源的关键.本文综述了生姜活性成分提取中的水蒸气蒸馏提取、溶剂浸提、微波辅助提取、超声辅助提取、加压溶剂提取、超临界提取和微生物提取等工艺,为生姜活性成分的提取及在畜牧业生产中的应用提供参考.

Abstract

Ginger is a plant feed material with nutritional and medicinal value.Its active ingredients have anti-cancer,anti-oxidation,antibacterial and other functions.Selecting the appropriate extraction process is the key to develop and utilize ginger resources in animal husbandry production.In this paper,the extraction processes of ginger active components,such as steam distillation extraction,solvent extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction,pressurized solvent extraction,supercritical extraction and microbial extraction were reviewed,aimed to provide reference for the extraction of ginger active components and its application in animal husbandry.
