Screening of edible fungi for improving the feed quality of corn straw
In order to improve the low nutritional value and poor palatability of the coarse feed prepared from the processing of corn straw and the quality of corn straw feed.In this study,8 strains of edible fungi(S1~S8)were taxonomically identified based on ITS bar code, and corn straw was used as the sole carbon source for biological fermentation culture. The strains suitable for corn straw feed were screened by comparing the degradation rate of lignocellulose, the contents of crude fat and crude protein in the straw. The results showed that the ability of S4 Pleurotus ostreatus to degrade cellulose and lignin was the highest, reaching 47.31%and 71.39%.The best degradation capacity of S1 Hypsizygus marmoreus for hemicellulose was 61.91%.The crude protein content of S2 Pleurotus pulmonarius was improved by 145%,and the proportion of feed was 12.48%.The increase effect of crude fat content of S1 Hypsizygus marmoreus was 495%,and the proportion of feed was 8.57%.
