The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of complex microecological preparations on performance, milk composition, blood biochemical, immune and antioxidant indexes of Saneng dairy goats.Twenty-six Sarone dairy goats with 1~2 parity and average daily milk yield(1.01±0.3 8)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 13 goats in each group.Goots in the control group were fed a basal diet, and those in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10 g/d microecological preparation per sheep. The results showed that dry matter intake, milk yield and feed to milk ratio of experimental group had no significant differents compared with control group(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in somatic cells, milk fat percentage, urea nitrogen and total solids(P>0.05).However,milk protein had a significant increase trend at the 21st(P=0.094)and 43rd days(P=0.069),and non-fat solid had a significant increase trend at the 21st(P=0.082)and 43rd days(P=0.070);There were no significant differences in total protein, albumin and globulin in blood biochemistry(P>0.05),glucose content was significantly increased by 66.20%(P<0.05),and urea nitrogen content had a tendency to decrease(P=0.082).Immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M had no significant differents(P>0.05),the content of IgA was significantly increased by 25.06%(P<0.01),and the contents of interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 were significantly decreased by 33.23%and 15.80%(P<0.01).Serum propylene glycol content was significantly decreased by 16.16%(P<0.05),superoxide dismutase was significantly increased by 35.01%(P<0.01),glutathione peroxidase was significantly increased by 15.08%(P<0.05),and total antioxidant capacity was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).In conclusion, the composite microecological preparation had no adverse effect on the production performance, could improve the immune and antioxidant properties of dairy goats, and could promote the health of ruminants.
