本试验以黄芪为原料,利用超声波法从黄芪中提取黄芪多糖,应用正交设计优化提取工艺.主要考察提取温度、提取时间、料液比、超声功率对提取的影响.结果表明:在提取温度为80℃,提取时间为20 min,料液比为1∶20(g/mL),超声功率为 300 W时黄芪多糖提取率最佳,可达 9.87%.超声波提取黄芪多糖,提取率高、耗时短、试验重现性好,希望本研究能为黄芪多糖的高效提取提供积极参考,从而推动黄芪多糖作为饲料添加剂的广泛应用.
Optimization of ultrasonic extraction of Astragalus polysaccharides by orthogonal design
In this experiment,Astragalus polysaccharide was extracted from Astragalus by ultrasonic method,and orthogonal design was applied to optimize the extraction process.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and the ultrasonic power were investigated.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was 80℃,the extraction time was 20min,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶20(g/mL),and the ultrasonic power was 300W,the extraction yield of Astragalus polysaccharides was the best,which could reach 9.87%.Ultrasonic extraction of Astragalus polysaccharide has high extraction rate,short time and good reproducibility.It is expected that this study can provide positive reference for the efficient extraction of Astragalus polysaccharide,so as to promote the wide application of Astragalus polysaccharide as a feed additive.
