Study on metabolism of aflatoxins in the liver of broilers
The article aims to explore the effect of aflatoxin on metabolic compounds in the liver of broiler chickens. The experiment takes white feathered broiler chickens as the experimental subjects and injects aflatoxin through oral administration.Using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry, non targeted metabolomics analysis methods were used to quantitatively analyze metabolites in the liver.Statistical methods such as principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to statistically analyze the quantitative results of metabolites. The results showed that different concentrations of aflatoxin had varying degrees of impact on liver metabolism in white feathered broilers, and a total of 242 differential compounds were identified.High concentrations of aflatoxin cause significant damage to the liver, with the most differential compounds. The changes in these differential compounds indicate that aflatoxin can disrupt the normal physiological functions of broiler chickens, leading to liver damage. This lays a theoretical foundation for the screening of endogenous biomarkers of aflatoxin in broiler chickens.
