日粮中添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠对育肥羊生长性能、免疫指标和肉品质的影响

日粮中添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠对育肥羊生长性能、免疫指标和肉品质的影响.试验将体重相近的 120只育肥羊随机分为 4 组,每组 6 个重复,每个重复 5 头羊.分别使用 0%、2%、4%和 8%的藜麦籽实替代基础日粮中的藜麦糠为试验日粮,试验共计 70 d(其中预饲期 10 d,正试期 60 d).试验结果表明,日粮添加 2%~8%的藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠,终末体重分别显著提高了 5.6%、5.8%和 4.9%(P<0.05);日粮添加 2%~8%的藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠,平均日采食量分别显著提高 12.5%、13.8%和 14.0%(P<0.05);日粮添加 2%~8%的藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠,平均日增重分别显著提高 20.0%、16.4%和 14.4%(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加 2%藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠组料重比显著降低 6.4%(P<0.05).日粮添加 2%和 4%藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠显著提高肉羊血清IgA和IgG含量(P<0.05),日粮添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠显著提高肉羊血清TNF-α含量(P<0.05),此外,日粮添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠对肉羊血清IgM、IL-2 和IL-6 含量均无显著影响(P>0.05).日粮添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠显著提高肉羊背最长肌 45 min和 24 h pH(P<0.05),日粮添加 2%和 4%的藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠可显著提高降低肉羊背最长肌剪切力(P<0.05),此外,日粮添加藜麦籽实替代藜麦糠对肉羊背最长肌亮度、红度、黄度和滴水损失均无显著影响(P>0.05).在本试验条件下,肉羊日粮中藜麦籽实最适替代量为 2%.
The effect of adding quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran in diet on growth performance,immune indicators,and meat quality of fattening sheep
The effect of adding quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran to the diet on the growth performance,immune indicators,and meat quality of fattening sheep.120 fattening sheep with similar weight were randomly divided into 4 groups in the experiment,with 6 replicates in each group and 5 sheep in each replicate.Using 0%,2%,4%,and 8%quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran in the basic diet as the experimental feed,the experiment lasted for a total of 70 days(including 10 days of pre trial and 60 days of trial).The experimental results showed that adding 2%~8%quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran to the diet significantly increased the final body weight by 5.6%,5.8%,and 4.9%,respectively(P<0.05);Adding 2%~8%quinoa seeds to the diet instead of quinoa bran significantly increased the average daily feed intake by 12.5%,13.8%,and 14.0%,respectively(P<0.05);Adding 2%~8%quinoa seeds to the diet instead of quinoa bran significantly increased the average daily gain by 20.0%,16.4%,and 14.4%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition,the feed weight ratio of the group supplemented with 2%quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran was significantly reduced by 6.4%(P<0.05).The addition of 2%and 4%quinoa seeds as substitutes for quinoa bran significantly increased the serum IgA and IgG content of meat sheep(P<0.05),and the addition of quinoa seeds as substitutes for quinoa bran significantly increased the serum TNF of meat sheep-α In addition,the addition of quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran in the diet did not significantly affect the serum IgM,IL-2,and IL-6 levels of meat sheep(P>0.05).Adding quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran to the diet significantly increased the pH of longissimus dorsi muscle in meat sheep for 45 minutes and 24 hours(P<0.05).Adding 2%and 4%quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran to the diet significantly increased and decreased the shear strength of longissimus dorsi muscle in meat sheep(P<0.05).In addition,adding quinoa seeds instead of quinoa bran to the diet had no significant effect on the brightness,redness,yellowness,and drip loss of longissimus dorsi muscle in meat sheep(P>0.05).Under the conditions of this experiment,the optimal replacement amount of quinoa seeds in the diet of meat sheep is 2%.
