摘要
随着社会经济改革的持续深化,数字经济已成为促进我国生产力发展的关键动力,在现代企业经营管理中发挥导向作用.数字经济背景下,国内饲料企业财务管理现状不容乐观,主要存在信息化建设不充分、财务管理制度不健全、风险管控能力弱、复合型管理人才短缺等问题,不利于饲料企业提升效能、优化成本.对此,本文以数字经济为建设背景,充分探讨饲料企业财务管理转型的现实意义、发展阻碍及改善路径,助力我国饲料企业的长远发展.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of socio-economic reform,the digital economy has become a key driving force for promoting the development of productivity in China,playing a guiding role in modern enterprise management.In the context of the digital economy,the current situation of financial management in domestic feed enterprises is not optimistic,mainly due to insufficient information construction,incomplete financial management systems,weak risk control capabilities,and a shortage of composite management talents,which is not conducive to improving efficiency and optimizing costs for feed enterprises.In this regard,this article takes the digital economy as the construction background,fully explores the practical significance,development obstacles,and improvement paths of financial management transformation in feed enterprises,and helps to promote the long-term development of feed enterprises in China.
