协同理念下饲料企业与高校多元合作人才培养路径研究

摘要
秉持协同理念促进饲料企业与高校的多元合作,对培养专业人才,提高大学生就业质量具有重要意义.一般而言,校企协同育人模式主要分为校企合作、产教融合,但两者的侧重点都集中在对大学生知识和能力的培养上,从而不断提高人才培养的实用性与实效性.为使饲料企业与高校间建立长期稳定的合作关系,开拓多元化的人才培养方式,需要充分把握双方优劣势.只有做到扬长避短,优势互补,才能促进饲料企业、高校、大学生三方的有机融合,才能有效规避合作过程中的各类问题,从而优化人才培养路径.
Abstract
Adhering to the concept of collaboration to promote diversified cooperation between feed enterprises and universities is of great significance for cultivating professional talents and improving the quality of employment for college students.Generally speaking,the mode of collaborative education between schools and enterprises is mainly divided into school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration,but both focus on cultivating the knowledge and abilities of college students,thereby continuously improving the practicality and effectiveness of talent cultivation.To establish a long-term and stable cooperative relationship between feed enterprises and universities,and to develop diversified talent cultivation methods,it is necessary to fully grasp the advantages and disadvantages of both parties.Only by leveraging strengths and avoiding weaknesses,and complementing advantages,can we promote the organic integration of feed enterprises,universities,and college students,effectively avoid various problems in the cooperation process,and optimize the talent cultivation path.
