油料籽实在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展

摘要
油料籽实是油料作物的种子,具有营养价值高、生物活性物质丰富等特点,其作为饲料可以提高反刍动物的免疫力和生产性能、改善瘤胃发酵、减少甲烷排放,但需要控制添加量,因此被开发利用作为反刍动物日粮中的添加剂.本文对油料籽实种类及其组成成分、含有的生物活性物质及其功效以及在反刍动物生产中的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为油料籽实在反刍动物中的合理应用提供参考.
Abstract
Oilseeds are the seeds of oil crops with high nutritional value and rich bioactive substances.As a feed,it can improve the immunity and production performance of ruminants,improve rumen fermentation,and reduce methane emissions,but the amount of addition needs to be controlled,so it is developed and utilized as an additive in ruminant diets.This paper reviewed the types and components of oilseeds,the bioactive substances contained in oilseeds and their effects,and the application progress in ruminant production,aimed to provide reference for the rational application of oilseeds in ruminants.
