文章旨在研究甘露寡糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫机能及抗氧化性能的影响,本试验将 160 头健康的 30日龄断奶仔猪随机分 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 8 头仔猪。对照组(CK)为基础日粮,试验组T1、T2、T3 分别在基础日粮中添加 0。1%、0。2%、0。4%甘露寡糖,试验为期 28 d。试验结果表明,添加 0。1%、0。2%和 0。4%甘露寡糖的断奶仔猪平均日增重比对照组分别显著提高 8%、14%和 13%(P<0。05),料重比分别显著降低 7%、10%和 9%(P<0。05),腹泻率较对照组分别显著降低 39。2%、32。7%和 37%(P<0。05),但不会影响断奶仔猪的采食量(P>0。05);添加不同比例的甘露寡糖可以提高断奶仔猪血液的免疫性能,甘露寡糖处理组断奶仔猪血液的IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+含量均显著高于对照组(P<0。05),0。2%的甘露寡糖效果最优,其IgG、IgA、IgM、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+含量比对照组分别显著提高 33。9%、57。8%、16。3%、19。3%、45。6%和 15。3%,CD4+和CD8+比值最接近 2,即免疫机能最大化;添加不同比例的甘露寡糖均可提高断奶仔猪血液的抗氧化能力,其中 0。2%的甘露寡糖处理效果最优,断奶仔猪血液的SOD和GSH-Px活性比对照组显著提高 45。4%和 21。6%(P<0。05),MDA含量比对照组显著降低 39。7%(P<0。05)。结果表明,添加甘露寡糖可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、血液免疫机能和抗氧化能力,其中 0。2%的添加比例效果较好。
Effects of mannan oligosaccharides on growth performance,immune function and antioxidant performance of weaned piglets
In order to study the effects of Mannan oligosaccharides on growth performance,immune function and antioxidation of weaned piglets,160 healthy 30-day-old weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 8 piglets per replicate.The control was the basic diet,and the experimental groups T1,T2 and T3 were supplemented with 100 mg/kg chlortetracycline,0.1%mannan-oligosaccharide and 0.2%mannan-oligosaccharide respectively for 28 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of weaned piglets supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%Mannan oligosaccharides was significantly higher than that of the control by 8%,14%and 13%,respectively.The ratio of feed to gain decreased by 7%,10%and 9%respectively,and the diarrhea rate decreased by 39.2%,32.7%and 37%respectively.But it did not affect the feed intake of weaned piglets.The contents of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the blood of weaned piglets treated with Mannan oligosaccharides were significantly higher than those in the control group,and 0.2%Mannan oligosaccharides had the best effect.Compared with the control group,the contents of IgG,IgA,IgM,CD3+,CD4+ and CD8+ in the control group were significantly increased by 33.9%,57.8%,16.3%,19.3%,45.6%and 15.3%,respectively.The ratio of CD4+ and CD8+ is closest to 2,that is,the maximization of immune function.The antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets was improved by adding different proportions of Mannan oligosaccharides,among which 0.2%Mannan oligosaccharides had the best effect.The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in the blood of weaned piglets were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of the control group.The results showed that the addition of Mannan-oligosaccharide could improve the growth performance,blood immune function and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets,and 0.2%of them had better effect.
