Effect of achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides on immune function of chicks
To study the effect of achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides on immune function of chicks.Randomly divide 120 1-day-old chicks into 4 groups, with 3 replicates in each group, with 10 chicks per replicate(half male and half female).200 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,100 mg/kg and 0 mg/kg achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides were added to the conventional feed. The chicks were fed continuously until the age of 30 days, and 10 chicks from each group were sampled. The immune organ index of animals was calculated, the proliferative activity of T cells was detected by MTT,the ability of macrophages to release NO was detected by Griess, and the serum total IgG level was detected by ELISA.The results showed that,Adding medium dose(150 mg/kg)of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharide to chicken feed can significantly improve the immune organ index,T cell proliferation activity,NO release ability of macrophages and total serum IgG level of chicks. Conclusion:Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides can enhance the immune function of chicks to a certain extent, thus improving the disease resistance of the body. The dosage of Achyranthes bidentata polysaccharides added in the feed is 150 mg/kg.
