本研究旨在探究日粮中添加木聚糖酶对育肥猪生长性能、血清生化指标及肠道形态的影响。试验将 120头平均体重(61±0。71)kg的三元育肥猪随机分为 4 组,每组 5 个重复,每个重复 6 头。饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,分别向基础日粮中添加 0、200、400、800 mg/kg的木聚糖酶。试验结果表明:日粮添加木聚糖酶显著提高育肥猪终末体重(P<0。05),日粮添加 400 和 800 mg/kg木聚糖酶显著提高育肥猪平均日增重(P<0。05);日粮添加 800 mg/kg木聚糖酶显著降低育肥猪料重比(P<0。05)。此外,日粮中添加木聚糖酶对育肥猪平均日采食量无显著影响(P>0。05)。日粮添加 400 mg/kg木聚糖酶可显著提高育肥猪血清白蛋白、球蛋白和总蛋白含量(P<0。05);日粮添加 800 mg/kg木聚糖酶可显著降低育肥猪血清尿素氮含量(P<0。05);日粮添加木聚糖酶对育肥猪血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0。05)。饲料添加木聚糖酶可显著提高育肥猪十二指肠和回肠绒毛高度和V/C值(P<0。05);此外,日粮添加木聚糖酶对育肥猪十二指肠、空肠和回肠的隐窝深度均无显著影响(P>0。05)。总之,本试验结果表明,育肥猪日粮木聚糖酶最适添加量为 800 mg/kg。
Effects of xylanase on growth performance,serum biochemical indicators and intestinal morphology in finishing pigs
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of adding xylanase to the diet on the growth performance,serum biochemical indicators,and intestinal morphology of finishing pigs.120 ternary finishing pigs with an average weight of(61±0.71)kg were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 5 replicates and 6 pigs per replicate.The basic diet is a corn soybean meal type diet,with 0,200,400,and 800 mg/kg of xylanase added to the basic diet as the experimental diet.The experimental results showed that adding xylanase to the diet significantly increased the final body weight of finishing pigs(P<0.05),and adding 400 and 800 mg/kg xylanase to the diet significantly increased the average daily gain of finishing pigs(P<0.05);Adding 800 mg/kg xylanase to the diet significantly reduced the feed to weight ratio of fattening pigs(P<0.05).In addition,adding xylanase to the diet had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake of finishing pigs(P>0.05).Adding 400 mg/kg xylanase to the diet significantly increased the serum albumin,globulin,and total protein content of finishing pigs(P<0.05);Adding 800 mg/kg xylanase to the diet significantly reduced the serum urea nitrogen content of finishing pigs(P<0.05);The addition of xylanase to the diet did not significantly affect the serum levels of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase,alanine transaminase,alkaline phosphatase,triglycerides,and total cholesterol in finishing pigs(P>0.05).Adding xylanase to feed significantly increased the height and V/C value of duodenal and ileal villi in fattening pigs(P<0.05);In addition,the addition of xylanase to the diet did not significantly affect the depth of crypts in the duodenum,jejunum,and ileum of fattening pigs(P>0.05).In summary,the results of this experiment indicate that the optimal amount of xylanase added to the diet of fattening pigs is 800 mg/kg.
