摘要

饲料企业文化建设具有独特性、共识性和相对稳定的特点.在我国经济社会迅速发展的背景下,加快企业文化建设有利于激发饲料企业员工工作积极性,提高饲料企业核心竞争力.本文分析了饲料企业文化的基本特征,探讨文化建设对饲料企业高质量发展的意义,并从明确价值观念、完善管理体系、构建自我品牌三方面提出了增强饲料企业核心竞争力的文化建设策略,以期助推饲料企业的成功转型.

Abstract

The feed enterprise culture construction has the characteristics of uniqueness,consensus and relative stability.Under the background of the rapid development of our country's economy and society,to speed up the construction of enterprise culture is beneficial to stimulate the enthusiasm of feed enterprise employees and improve the core competitiveness of feed enterprises.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of feed enterprise culture,and probes into the significance of cultural construction to the high-quality development of feed enterprises,in order to promote the successful transformation of feed enterprises,the author puts forward the cultural construction strategy of enhancing the core competitiveness of feed enterprises from three aspects:defining the values,perfecting the management system and constructing the self-brand.
