摘要
在"一带一路"背景下,农业产业的对外开放水平和经济发展速度都得到有效提高,给饲料企业的对外贸易提供了良好契机.坚持"引进来""走出去"的战略,饲料企业能积极参与到国际市场的竞争中,并为可持续发展带来更多可能性.但国际市场对外贸人才的要求较高,饲料企业要想借助"一带一路"倡议走出国门,拓展国际市场,就必须从人才培养角度入手,以高素质的外贸人才助力饲料企业适应国际市场环境.为此,本文分析了"一带一路"背景下饲料外贸的发展前景,并就饲料外贸人才的技能分析及培养策略进行探讨.
Abstract
In the context of the"the Belt and Road",the level of opening up of the agricultural industry and the speed of economic development have been effectively improved,which provides a good opportunity for foreign trade of feed enterprises.Adhering to the strategy of"bringing in"and"going out",feed enterprises can actively participate in international market competition and bring more possibilities for sustainable development.However,the international market has high requirements for foreign trade talents.If feed enterprises want to go abroad and expand the international market with the help of the"the Belt and Road"strategy,they must start from the perspective of talent training,and help feed enterprises adapt to the international market environment with high-quality foreign trade talents.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development prospects of feed foreign trade under the background of the"the Belt and Road",and discusses the skills analysis and training strategies of feed foreign trade talents.
