饲料企业跨境贸易人才需求分析及培养路径研究

摘要
当前,饲料企业的国际化发展趋势日益增强,尤其是在"一带一路"建设和"双循环"新发展格局下,越来越多的饲料企业开始走出国门,着手布局海外市场,具体表现为饲料跨境贸易规模持续扩大,与欧盟、亚太地区间的经济技术合作不断加深.面对这一背景,饲料企业对跨境贸易人才质和量的需求与日俱增,为此,本文从饲料企业的实际需求入手,对饲料跨境贸易人才培养路径进行研究,力求以高质量的跨境贸易人才助力饲料企业的国际化发展.
Abstract
At present,the international development trend of feed enterprises is increasingly strengthened,especially under the new development pattern of"the Belt and Road"construction and"double circulation",more and more feed enterprises are going abroad to begin to layout overseas markets,which is reflected in the continuous expansion of cross-border trade scale of feed and the deepening of economic and technological cooperation with the EU and the Asia Pacific region.In the face of this background,the demand for cross-border trade talents by feed enterprises is increasing day by day.Therefore,this article starts with the actual needs of feed enterprises,studies the training path of cross-border trade talents for feed enterprises,and strives to use high-quality cross-border trade talents to assist the internationalization development of feed enterprises.
