数字化背景下饲料企业对高等院校创新型人才的需求研究

摘要
饲料企业人才需求与高等院校创新型人才培养间存在密切关联,二者对接越紧密,越能对我国饲料企业乃至整个饲料行业的发展产生积极影响.本文基于数字化背景,通过分析饲料企业人才需求与高等院校创新型人才培养的关联,探讨当前我国高等院校在饲料专业创新型人才培养过程中存在的具体问题,并提出可行性方案和优化性举措,以期对我国高等院校饲料专业教育进步、饲料企业乃至整个饲料行业的发展有所助益.
Abstract
There is a close relationship between feed enterprises'talent demand and the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.The closer the connection between them,the more positive influence they can have on the development of feed enterprises and even the whole feed industry in our country.Based on the background of digitalization,this paper analyzes the relationship between the talent demand of feed enterprises and the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities,this paper probes into the concrete problems existing in the process of cultivating innovative talents of feed specialty in colleges and universities of our country at present,and advances some feasible schemes and optimized measures,with a view to our country's colleges and universities feed professional education progress,feed enterprises and even the development of the whole feed industry.
