产教融合视域下饲料企业与高职院校协同育人优化策略探究

摘要
随着我国市场经济快速发展,饲料企业竞争日益加剧,而培养复合型高质量人才是提高饲料企业社会竞争力的关键.因此,在产教融合视域下饲料企业与高职院校要结合企业发展需求和高职教学质量,利用现有企业资源和教学资源积极开展校企合作,实现人才培养优势互补,从多维的角度对学生进行培养,以满足饲料企业发展需要的创新型复合人才,培养学生职业技能和职业素养,促进饲料企业进一步发展.
Abstract
With the rapid development of China's market economy,the competition among feed enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,and cultivating composite high-quality talents is the key to improving the social competitiveness of feed enterprises.Therefore,in the perspective of industry education integration,feed enterprises and vocational colleges should combine the development needs of enterprises and the quality of vocational education,actively carry out school enterprise cooperation using existing enterprise and teaching resources,achieve complementary advantages in talent cultivation,and cultivate innovative and composite talents from multiple perspectives to meet the development needs of feed enterprises,cultivate students'vocational skills and qualities,and promote the progress and development of feed enterprises.
