摘要
巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)是一种好氧革兰氏阳性菌,具有繁殖快、生命力强和对人畜无害等优点,在畜牧养殖、解磷固氮、生物防治、水体净化等领域有着广泛应用.本文重点综述了巨大芽孢杆菌的特性,在抑制病原菌、提高机体免疫功能、产酶和维护肠道菌群平衡等方面的作用机制以及在畜禽和水产养殖中的应用,为其科学高效应用于动物养殖提供参考.
Abstract
Bacillus megaterium is an aerobic Gram-positive bacterium with the advantages of rapid reproduction,high vitality and harmless to humans and animals,and has a wide range of applications in livestock breeding,phosphate-solubilizing and nitrogenfixing,biological control,water purification and other fields.This paper focused on the characteristics of Bacillus megaterium,its mechanism of action in inhibiting pathogenic bacteria,improving immune function,producing enzymes,and maintaining intestinal microbiota balance,as well as its application in livestock,poultry,and aquaculture,with the aim to provide reference for its scientific and efficient application in animal husbandry.
