日粮中添加鞣花酸对乳鸽生长发育和屠宰性能的影响

为研究日粮添加鞣花酸对乳鸽生长性能及屠宰性能的影响,试验选取遗传背景相同的24月龄欧洲肉鸽亲鸽120羽和同一天出壳、体况良好的0日龄乳鸽180羽,将120羽亲鸽和180羽乳鸽随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组,采用"2+3"的孵育模式每组3个重复,每个重复15羽乳鸽.对照组饲喂未添加鞣花酸的基础日粮,3个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、3%、6%的鞣花酸,试验期28 d.试验期间分别于乳鸽0、7、14、21、28日龄时称量体重.试验结束当天每组选择5笼鸽子进行屠宰试验,取内脏器官并计算脏器指数.结果表明:(1)乳鸽7日龄体重,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组均高于对照组,分别提高了8.17%、10.45%和7.68%(P>0.05).乳鸽21日龄体重,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组均高于对照组,分别提高了1.52%和2.24%(P>0.05).乳鸽28日龄体重、总增重及平均日增重,试验Ⅲ组均高于对照组,分别提高了2.48%、2.6%和2.5%(P>0.05);(2)屠宰率,对照组及各试验组差异均不显著(P>0.05).半净膛率,试验Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组,提高了11.90%(P<0.05).全净膛率,试验Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组,提高了12.57%(P<0.05).胸肌率,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组均显著高于对照组,分别提高了40.88%和31.32%(P<0.05).腿肌率,试验Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组,提高了15.96%(P<0.05);(3)心脏指数,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组均高于对照组,提高了18%、8%和13%(P>0.05).肝脏指数,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组高于对照组,分别提高了36.13%(P<0.05)和7.98%(P>0.05).脾脏指数,试验Ⅰ组显著高于对照组,提高了85.71%(P<0.05).综上所述,在本试验条件下,日粮中添加鞣花酸能够促进乳鸽的生长发育,改善乳鸽脏器发育,提高乳鸽屠宰性能.
Effects of ellagic acid on growth and slaughter performance of young pigeons
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of ellagic acid on growth performance and slaughter performance of young pigeons.In this experiment,120 parent pigeons of 24-month-old European meat pigeons with the same genetic background and 180 young pigeons of 0-day-old who hatched on the same day and in good physical condition were randomly divided into control group,experiment Ⅰ group,experiment Ⅱ group and experiment Ⅲ group.The incubation mode of"2+3"was adopted in each group,with 15 young pigeons in each repetition.The control group was fed with the basal diet without ellagic acid,and the three experimental groups were fed with 1%,3%and 6%ellagic acid respectively for 28 days.Pigeons were weighed at the age of 0,7,14,21 and 28 days during the experiment.On the end of the experiment,five cages of pigeons were selected for slaughter test in each group,and the internal organs were taken and the organ index was calculated.The results showed that:(1)The 7-day-old weight of young pigeons in group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was higher than that in the control group,which increased by 8.17%,10.45%and 7.68%respectively(P>0.05).The weight of squab at the age of 21 days in group 11 and group Ⅲ was higher than that in the control group,increasing by 1.52%and 2.24%respectively(P>0.05).The 28-day-old weight,total weight gain and average daily weight gain of squab in experimental groups were all higher than those in control group,which increased by 2.48%,2.6%and 2.5%respectively(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in slaughter rate between the control group and each experimental group(P>0.05).The semi-clean bore rate of test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of test group Ⅰ,with an increase of 11.90%(P<0.05).The total clean bore rate of test group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of test group Ⅰ,with an increase of 12.57%(P<0.05).The percentage of pectoral muscle in experimental group 11 and experimental group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in control group,which increased by 40.88%and 31.32%respectively(P<0.05).Leg muscle rate in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ,with an increase of 15.96%(P<0.05).(3)Heart index in group Ⅰ,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was 18%,8%and 13%higher than that in control group respectively(P>0.05).The liver index of the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group Ⅲ was higher than that of the control group,which increased by 36.13%(P<0.05)and 7.98%(P>0.05)respectively.Spleen index in experimental group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in control group,with an increase of 85.71%(P<0.05).To sum up,under the experimental conditions,adding ellagic acid to the diet could promote the growth and development of young pigeons,improve the organ development of young pigeons and improve the slaughter performance of young pigeons.
