丁酸梭菌对庄河大骨鸡生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响

为探究丁酸梭菌对庄河大骨鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能的影响,试验选取健康的1日龄庄河大骨鸡,公母各半共450只,随机分成3组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮+1.5×107 CFU/kg(500 mg/kg)的丁酸梭菌,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮+3×107 CFU/kg(1000 mg/kg)的丁酸梭菌,试验期为21 d.结果表明:与对照组相比,各试验组的平均日采食量和料重比均有所降低(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重和21日龄体重分别极显著增加11.5%和18.5%(P<0.01);与对照组相比,试验组的胸肌率分别显著提高7.7%和9.5%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组庄河大骨鸡的胸腺指数和IgG含量极显著提高17.2%和78.1%(P<0.01),脾脏指数和法氏囊指数分别显著提高11.4%和50.0%(P<0.05).综上,日粮中添加丁酸梭菌可以改善庄河大骨鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能和免疫功能.
Effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens
To explore the effects of Clostridium butyricum on growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens.A total of 450 one-day-old Zhuanghe Dagu chickens,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 25 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,the experimental group Ⅰ was fed a basal diet+1.5x107 CFU/kg(500 mg/kg)Clostridium butyricum,and the experimental group Ⅱ was fed a basal diet+3x107 CFU/kg(1000 mg/kg).The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to gain of experimental groups were decreased(P>0.05),and the average daily gain of group Ⅱ and body weight of age 21 were highly significantly increased by 11.5%and 18.5%,respectively(P<0.01);Pectoral rates in the test group were significantly increased by 7.7%and 9.5%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the thymus index and IgG content of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens in test group Ⅱ were significantly higher 17.2%and 78.1%(P<0.01),and the spleen index and bursa index were significantly increased by 11.4%and 50.0%,respectively(P<0.05).Therefore,dietary addition of Clostridium butyricum could improve growth performance,slaughter performance and immune function of Zhuanghe Dagu chickens.
