两种颗粒类型的精补料对哺乳期驴驹生长及营养物质消化代谢的影响

试验旨在探究补饲不同颗粒类型的精料补充料对哺乳期驴驹生长发育及营养物质表观消化率的影响,为哺乳期驴驹早期补饲选择不同大小颗粒粒度的饲料提供理论依据.选择10头2月龄、体重(46.80+7.05)kg的哺乳母驴驹随机分为颗粒料组和碎粒料组,每组5头.2组哺乳驴驹饲养管理及精料补充料配方相同,颗粒料组饲喂的颗粒饲料直径为6~8 mm,长度为1~2 cm;碎粒料组饲喂的碎粒饲料是由颗粒饲料二次破碎加工制成,粒度大小为1~2 mm,可过3 mm 筛孔.饲养试验为期60 d,定期测量驴驹体重和体尺数据,在试验第55~60天进行消化代谢试验,并测算相关指标.结果表明:颗粒料组总增重和日增重比碎粒料组分别显著提高了34.82%和35.14%(P<0.05),体尺数据两组间无显著差异;在营养物质消化率方面,颗粒料组各营养物质消化率都高于碎粒料组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);颗粒料组中性洗涤纤维的消化率高于碎粒料组,提高了5.76%(P>0.05).而颗粒料组酸性洗涤纤维的消化率高于碎粒料组,提高了6.21%(P>0.05).由此可见,在本试验条件下不同粒径大小的颗粒饲料并不能显著提高哺乳早期驴驹对饲料中营养物质的消化率和代谢率,但颗粒饲料相较于碎粒饲料提高了哺乳早期驴驹对营养物质的消化吸收,显著提高了驴驹的总增重和日增重.
Effects of two kinds of granular concentrate on growth and nutrient digestion and metabolism of lactating foals
The experiment aimed to explore the effects of supplementing with different types of concentrate feed on the growth and development of lactating donkeys and the apparent digestibility of nutrients,providing a theoretical basis for selecting feed with different particle sizes for early supplementation of lactating donkeys.Ten 2-month-old and weighing(46.80±7.05)kg lactating female donkeys were randomly divided into a pellet group and a fragmented pellet group,with 5 donkeys in each group.The feeding and management of two groups of lactating donkey foals,as well as the formula of concentrate supplement,were the same.The pellet feed group was fed with pellet feed with a diameter of 6~8 mm and a length of 1~2 cm;The pellet feed fed to the pellet feed group was made by secondary crushing and processing of pellet feed,with a particle size of 1~2 mm and could pass through a 3 mm sieve.A 60 day feeding experiment was conducted,and the weight,body size data of the donkey foal were measured.The digestion and metabolism were tested on the 55th to 60th day of the experiment,and the relevant indicators was calculated.The results showed that the total weight gain and daily weight gain of the particle group were significantly increased by 34.82%and 35.14%(P<0.05)compared to the crushed particle group,respectively,and there was no significant difference in body size data between the two groups;In terms of nutrient digestibility,the digestibility of various nutrients in the granular material group was higher than that in the crushed material group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The digestibility of neutral detergent fibers in the granular material group was higher than that in the crushed material group,with an increase of 5.76%(P>0.05).The digestibility of acidic washing fibers in the granular material group was higher than that in the crushed material group,increasing by 6.21%(P>0.05).From this,it could be seen that under the conditions of this experiment,pellet feed with different particle sizes did not significantly improve the digestibility and metabolic rate of nutrients in feed for early lactating donkeys.However,pellet feed improved the digestion and absorption of nutrients by early lactating donkeys compared to fragmented feed,significantly increasing their total weight gain and daily weight gain.
