花生粕在水产动物饲料中应用研究进展

花生粕是优质的植物蛋白原料,具有花生的香味,适口性较好,营养价值高等优势,但由于易受黄曲霉菌污染,释放大量毒素,对动物生产造成严重的伤害.而花生粕经发酵、酶解及菌酶协同发酵技术处理,能够改善其饲用品质,提高其在饲料中的利用率.本文对花生粕的营养价值、花生粕在水产动物饲料中的应用及花生粕未来应用前景等三个方面进行综述,为花生粕在水产饲料中的合理应用奠定基础.
Research progress on application of peanut meal in aquatic animal feed
Peanut meal is a high quality plant protein raw material,which has the flavor of peanut,good palatability,high nutritional value advantages,but because it is easy to be contaminated by Aspergillus flavus,thereby releasing a large number of toxins and causing serious harm to animal production.The fermentation,enzymolysis and synergistic fermentation of bacteria and enzymes treatments for peanut meal could improve its feeding quality and increase its utilization rate in feed.This review summarized the nutritional value of peanut meal,the application of peanut meal in aquatic animal feed and the application prospect of peanut meal in the future,in order to lay a foundation for the rational application of peanut meal in aquatic feed.
