The role of biological fermented feed in pig production
The shortage of feed raw materials in China has led to an increase in the price of feed raw materials,and additional raw materials need to be imported from abroad,which is limited.The use of microbial fermentation technology can not only improve the utilization rate of existing conventional feed raw materials,but also use China's rich unconventional feed raw materials to effectively solve the shortage of feed raw materials.This paper mainly expounded the definition and types of biological fermented feed,introduced the composition of biological fermented feed,including the raw materials,main strains,main enzymes and their action principles,and focuses on the application of biological fermented feed in sow,piglet and fattening pig production,in order to develop the application of biological fermented feed in pig production.
