摘要
豆科牧草被称为"蛋白质饲料",是我国草地农业生产的重要组成部分,其含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质和维生素,将其调制成干草和草粉可代替精饲料.文章介绍了几种豆科主要牧草的营养价值,并对豆科牧草对兔的生长性能、生产成本、消化系统、养分消化、血液指标、免疫能力、屠宰性能、肌肉成分的影响进行综述,为豆科牧草在兔生产中的应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Legume forage,known as"protein feed",is an important component of grassland agriculture production in China,which is rich in protein,minerals and vitamins.Using it to make hay and grass powder can replace refined feed.The article introduced the nutritional value of several main legume forages,and reviewed the research progress on the effects of legume forages on rabbit growth performance,production cost,digestive system,nutrient digestion,blood indicators,immune ability,slaughter performance and muscle composition,aimed to provide theoretical reference for the application of legume forages in rabbit production.
