水培大麦苗在畜牧养殖应用的研究进展

摘要
大麦籽粒通过水培技术短期培育可得到水培大麦苗,其具有适口性好、易于消化、生长周期短、产出稳定等优点,在畜牧业中可作为青绿饲料,缓解我国畜禽饲料短缺的问题.本文主要对水培大麦苗的生产工艺、营养价值以及其作为饲料资源在畜牧养殖中的应用研究进展进行综述,为水培大麦苗在畜牧生产中的合理应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Hydroponic barley seedlings can be obtained by short-term cultivation of barley grain through hydroponic technology,which has the advantages of good palatability,easy digestion,short growth cycle and stable output.It can be used as green feed in animal husbandry to alleviate the shortage of livestock and poultry feed in our country.In this paper,the production technology and nutritional value of hydroponic barley seedlings and their application in animal husbandry as feed resources were reviewed,so as to provide theoretical reference for the rational application of hydroponic barley seedlings in animal production.
