摘要
酵母细胞壁具有吸附病原微生物、调整有益菌落和调节免疫功能等作用,其作为酵母类生物饲料原料的重要组成部分,已经被广泛应用于畜禽养殖的各个环节.本文就酵母细胞壁来源、组成、作用机理及在动物养殖中的应用进行综述,以期为酵母细胞壁在实际生产中的合理应用提供理论参考.
Abstract
Yeast cell wall has the effect of absorbing pathogenic microorganisms,adjusting beneficial colonies and regulating immune function,etc.As an important part of yeast biological feed raw materials,it has been widely used in all aspects of livestock and poultry breeding.In this paper,the origin,composition,action mechanism and application of yeast cell wall in animal culture were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical reference for the actual production of yeast cell wall.
