The effect of adding complex enzyme preparations to feed on the growth performance, serum biochemical indicators, and economic benefits of broiler chickens
The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effects of adding complex enzyme preparations(CEP)to feed on the growth performance, serum biochemical indicators, and economic benefits of broilers. This experiment lasted for a total of 42 days.1200 healthy 1-day-old white feathered broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 10 replicates in each group and 30 broiler chickens in each replicate.Under the premise of consistent initial body weight(P>0.05),compared with the control group, the final body weight of broiler chickens fed with 200 and 400 mg/kg feed significantly increased by 1.9%and 2.4%,respectively(P<0.05);The feed to weight ratio of the 200 and 400 mg/kg groups significantly decreased by 7.6%and 8.8%,respectively(P<0.05);In addition, the addition of CEP to the feed had no significant effect on the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of broiler chickens(P>0.05).The addition of 200 mg/kg complex enzyme preparation to the feed significantly increased the serum TP and IgG of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The addition of 200 and 400 mg/kg composite enzyme preparations to the feed significantly increased the serum ALB content and T-AOC ability of broilers(P<0.05);The addition of CEP to feed significantly reduced the serum MDA content of broiler chickens(P<0.05);In addition, the addition of CEP to the diet had no significant effect on the content of BUN,IgA,and IgM in broiler chickens(P>0.05).After adding compound enzyme preparations to the feed, the feed prices were 2.98,2.996,3.012,and 3.044 yuan/kg,respectively.The total feed cost was 13.21,12.93,12.57,and 12.60 yuan, respectively. In addition, due to the improvement of growth performance, the gross profit of each group in this experiment was 11.31,11.69,12.42,and 12.51 yuan, respectively.Under the conditions of this experiment, the optimal amount of compound enzyme preparation added to the feed of broilers is 200 mg/kg.
