文章旨在探究发酵花生粕对肉鸡肝脏抗氧化指标、基因表达和经济效益的影响.试验将 720 羽健康肉鸡随机分为 4 组,每组 9 个重复,每重复 20 羽.菌酶协同对花生粕进行发酵处理,各组日粮使用 0%、2%、4%和 8%的发酵花生粕替代花生粕,试验共计42 d.使用4%~8%的发酵花生粕可显著提高肉鸡肝脏T-SOD和CAT酶活性(P<0.05);使用 8%的发酵花生粕可显著提高肉鸡肝脏T-AOC能力(P<0.05);使用 4%~8%的发酵花生粕可显著降低肉鸡肝脏MDA含量(P<0.05);此外,日粮添加发酵花生粕对肉鸡肝脏SOD1 和GPX酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05).2%的发酵花生粕添加量显著降低肉鸡肝脏GPX1 基因表达水平(P<0.05);4%和 8%的发酵花生粕添加量显著提高肉鸡肝脏SOD3 和CAT基因表达水平(P<0.05);8%的发酵花生粕添加量显著提高肉鸡肝脏SOD2 和GST基因表达水平(P<0.05);发酵花生粕对肉鸡肝脏SOD1 基因表达水平无显著影响(P>0.05).日粮成本为 2.874、2.880、2.886和 2.892 元;日粮成本分别为 7.22、7.30、7.24 和 7.36 元;综合计算毛利润分别为 8.24、8.61、8.92 和 9.34 元,其中 4%和 8%的替代量组毛利润显著高于对照组(P>0.05).总之,在本试验条件下,8%的替代量组经济效益最佳.
The effects of fermented peanut meal on antioxidant indicators and gene expression in broiler liver,and economic benefits in broiler
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of fermented peanut meal on liver antioxidant indicators and related gene expression,and economic benefits in broiler.720 healthy broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 9 replicates,with 20 chickens per replicate.Microbial enzyme synergy was used to ferment peanut meal,using 0%,2%,4%,and 8%fermented peanut meal instead of peanut meal as feed for each group.The experiment lasted for a total of 42 days.The use of 4%~8%fermented peanut meal significantly increased the T-SOD and CAT enzyme activities in the liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The use of 8%fermented peanut meal significantly improved the T-AOC ability of broiler liver(P<0.05);The use of 4%~8%fermented peanut meal significantly reduced the MDA content in the liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05);In addition,adding fermented peanut meal to the diet had no significant effect on the activities of SOD 1 and GPX enzymes in the liver of broiler chickens.The addition of 2%fermented peanut meal significantly reduced the expression level of GPX1 gene in the liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The addition of 4%and 8%fermented peanut meal significantly increased the expression levels of SOD 3 and CAT genes in the liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05);The addition of 8%fermented peanut meal significantly increased the expression levels of SOD 2 and GST genes in the liver of broiler chickens(P<0.05);Fermented peanut meal had no significant effect on the expression level of SOD1 gene in the liver of broiler chickens(P>0.05).The cost of feed is 2.874,2.880,2.886,and 2.892 yuan;The feed costs are 7.22,7.30,7.24,and 7.36 yuan respectively;Based on comprehensive calculations,the gross profit was 8.24,8.61,8.92,and 9.34 yuan,respectively.The gross profit of the 4%and 8%substitution groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the 8%substitution group had the best economic benefits.
