摘要
仓储物流体系优化升级有利于打通饲料企业的资金链、实物链和运输链,帮助饲料企业降低成本损耗,实现经济效益最大化.文章立足"一带一路"背景,在阐述饲料企业仓储物流体系优化升级重要性的基础上,剖析了饲料企业仓储物流体系建设存在的问题,针对饲料企业现存的仓储物流体系建设缺乏规划、管理模式滞后、信息化水平低、风险程度高等问题提出优化措施,以期助力饲料企业仓储物流管理效率的提升,增强其市场竞争优势.
Abstract
The optimization and upgrading of the warehousing logistics system is beneficial to break through the fund chain,the physical chain and the transportation chain of the feed enterprise,and help the feed enterprise to reduce the cost loss and realize the maximization of the economic benefit.Based on the"Belt and Road"background,this paper expounds the importance of the optimization and upgrading of the warehousing logistics system in feed enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the warehousing logistics system in feed enterprises,aiming at the problems such as lack of planning,lag of management mode,low level of information and high degree of risk,this paper puts forward some optimization measures,in order to promote the efficiency of storage logistics management of feed enterprises,enhance their competitive advantage in the market.
