In the context of global integration,the rapid development of international trade has led to an increasing demand for foreign trade talents in feed enterprises.The shortage of foreign trade talents has become a key constraint on the sustainable development of feed enterprises.Based on this,feed enterprises must continuously reform their foreign trade talent training models in combination with market development trends and their actual situations,especially by integrating industry and education,promoting the collaborative training of feed foreign trade talents between schools and enterprises,thereby providing feed enterprises with more outstanding foreign trade talents and achieving a win-win situation between universities and feed enterprises.This article analyzes the necessity of collaborative training between schools and enterprises for feed foreign trade talents,and proposes talent training strategies in order to provide high-quality foreign trade talents for feed enterprises.
