饲用苎麻育种及抗营养因子研究进展

苎麻属荨麻科苎麻属,是多年生草本作物,其营养成分结构合理,是一种理想、优质的植物蛋白饲料原料.饲用苎麻已经在多地推广应用,但其抗营养因子多,限制了苎麻在畜禽饲粮中的充分应用.本文综述了饲用苎麻的生物学特性与营养特性,我国饲用苎麻种质评价与品种选育,饲用苎麻的产量特性和营养成分,利用方式及抗营养因子研究现状,并对苎麻的应用前景进行了展望,旨在为我国饲用苎麻新品种选育提供参考.
Research progress in forage ramie breeding and anti-nutritional factors
Ramie belongs to Urticaceae ramie,which is a perennial herb crop.Its nutrient composition is reasonable,and it is an ideal and high-quality plant protein feed raw material.Forage ramie has been widely used in many places,but its anti-nutritional factors limit the full application of ramie in livestock and poultry diets.In this paper,the biological characteristics and nutritional characteristics of forage ramie,germplasm evaluation and variety breeding of forage ramie in China,yield characteristics and nutritional components,utilization methods and anti-nutritional factors of forage ramie were reviewed,and the application prospect of ramie was prospected,aimed to provide reference for the breeding of new varieties of forage ramie in China.
