Screening and optimization of enzyme-producing conditions of Xiaozhan rice straw degradation composite microbial system
In order to find a scientific and efficient method for using Xiaozhan rice straw for straw returning to the field,and to use it as a reserve technology,this study determined the carboxymethyl cellulase activity and filter paper enzyme activity of six existing straw degrading composite bacterial strains,screened two composite bacterial strains,and optimized the enzyme production conditions through orthogonal experiments to explore and solve the application problems of Xiaozhan rice straw clean production technology,ensure the future green and sustainable development of Xiaozhan rice,and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the research on efficient treatment of Xiaozhan rice straw.The results of this study indicated that the comprehensive enzyme activity of composite strain B and composite strain F was higher than that of other composite strains;The optimal fermentation conditions for compound strain B carboxymethyl cellulase were 25℃,pH 8.0,inoculation amount of 2%,and temperature was the main influencing factor on enzyme activity;The optimal fermentation conditions for composite strain B filter paper enzyme were 20 ℃,pH 9.0,inoculation amount of 2%,and pH was the main influencing factor on enzyme activity;The optimal fermentation conditions for compound strain F carboxymethyl cellulase were 25℃,pH 8.0,inoculation amount of 2%,and temperature was the main influencing factor on enzyme activity;The optimal fermentation conditions for composite strain F filter paper enzyme were 20 ℃,pH 9.0,and 2%inoculation,which was the main influencing factor on enzyme activity.
