为研究无抗日粮中添加精氨酸和异亮氨酸对白羽肉鸡肠道发育、免疫器官指数和肉品质的影响,本试验选用健康的1日龄罗斯308肉仔鸡720只,随机分成4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复30只,分为对照组(基础饲粮)、抗生素组(基础饲粮+75 mg/kg金霉素)、AL2组(基础饲粮+2%精氨酸和异亮氨酸)、AL5组(基础饲粮+5%精氨酸和异亮氨酸).研究结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,抗生素组、AL2组和AL5组商品肉鸡21 d的空肠绒毛长度分别提高 7.97%、15.94%和 13.69%(P<0.05),回肠绒毛长度分别提高 15.38%、33.34%和 39.05%(P<0.05),21 d 的空肠绒腺比提高11.27%、18.18%和16.54%(P<0.05),回肠绒腺比分别提高22.27%、38.93%和44.78%(P<0.05);同时,与抗生素组相比,AL2组和AL5组肉鸡21 d回肠的绒毛长度分别提高15.57%和20.51%(P<0.05),绒腺比提高13.63%和18.41%(P<0.05).(2)AL2组和AL5组42 d的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数分别较对照组提高29.76%和 31.95%、36.519%和 43.70%、47.61%和 63.37%(P<0.05);AL2 组和 AL5 组 42 d 的胸腺指数分别较抗生素组提高24.39%和30.95%(P<0.05).(3)抗生素组、AL2组和AL5组的胸肌肉色值分别较对照组提高22.21%、15.27%和22.97%(P<0.05),腿肌肉色值分别提高14.98%、15.81%和16.83%(P<0.05),腿肌的滴水损失分别降低12.85%、20.26%和26.92%(P<0.05);AL2组的胸肌肉色a值和b值较抗生素组分别提高24.30%和26.84%(P<0.05),腿肌肉色的b值较对照组降低17.64(P<0.05)%;AL5组的腿鸡滴水损失较抗生素组和AL2组分别降低16.14%和8.35%(P<0.05).综上所述,日粮添加精氨酸和异亮氨酸能促进肉鸡的肠道和免疫器官发育,提高肉品质,可在一定程度上替代抗生素.
Effects of arginine and isoleucine on intestinal morphology,immune organ index,and meat quality in feather broilers
The purpose of this experiment was conducted to investigate effects of dietary arginine and isoleucine supplementation on intestinal development,immune organ indices and meat quality of white feather broilers.A total of 720 healthy 1-day-old Ross 308 broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicates per treatment and 30 broilers per replicate.They were divided into control group(basal diet),antibiotic group(basal diet+75mg/kg aureomycin),AL2 group(basal diet+2%arginine and 2%isoleucine),and AL5 group(basal diet+5%arginine and 5%isoleucine).The results showed as follows;(1)Compared with control group,the antibiotic group,AL2 group and AL5 group increased the length of jejunum villi by 7.97%,15.94%and 13.69%(P<0.05),the length of ileum villi by 15.38%,33.34%and 39.05%(P<0.05),the ratio of jejunum villi to glands by 11.27%,18.18%and 16.54%(P<0.05),and the ratio of ileum villi to glands by 22.27%,38.93%and 44.78%(P<0.05)respectively on the 21st day in commercial broilers;Meanwhile,compared with the antibiotic group,the AL2 and AL5 groups increased the villus length of the ileum of broiler chickens by 15.57%and 20.51%(P<0.05),respectively,and the villous gland ratio by 13.63%and 18.41%(P<0.05).(2)The spleen index,thymus index,and bursa index of the AL2 and AL5 groups increased by 29.76%and 31.95%,36.519%and 43.70%,47.61%and 63.37%,respectively,compared with the control group on day 42(P<0.05);The thymic index of the AL2 and AL5 groups increased by 24.39%and 30.95%(P<0.05)compared with the antibiotic group on day 42,respectively.(3)The chest muscle color values of the antibiotic group,AL2 group and AL5 group were increased by 22.21%,15.27%and 22.97%(P<0.05)compared with the control group,and the leg muscle color values were increased by 14.98%,15.81%and 16.83%(P<0.05),respectively.The drip loss of the leg muscles was reduced by 12.85%,20.26%and 26.92%(P<0.05);The chest muscle color a and b values in the AL2 group increased by 24.30%and 26.84%(P<0.05)compared with the antibiotic group,respectively,while the b value of leg muscle color decreased by 17.64%(P<0.05)compared with the control group;The drip loss of leg chickens in the AL5 group decreased by 16.14%and 8.35%compared with the antibiotic group and AL2 group,respectively(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation of arginine and isoleucine could promote the growth of intestinal and immune organs and improve meat quality of broilers,and could replace antibiotics to a certain extent.
