Study on the production of fermented feed full utilization of Baijiu brewing by-products
As the by-products of Baijiu brewing,waste grains and pot water have a huge yield.The traditional treatment method causes environmental problems such as soil pollution,soil degradation and harmful gas discharge.However,using waste grains and pot water to produce fermented feed can effectively improve the secondary utilization rate of its resources.In this study,the by-product of liquor brewing was used as the main raw material,supplemented with cottonseed meal,soybean meal and bran,and the fermented feed was produced together.Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were combined,and acid-soluble protein/crude protein(ASP/CP)was used as the index.The effects of raw material combination,the amount of protease,the inoculum amount of bacterial liquid,fermentation temperature and fermentation time on the production of fermented feed by using all the water in the waste pot were investigated.The results showed that the best technological conditions for producing fermented feed with grains and pot water as main raw materials,supplemented with cottonseed meal,soybean meal and bran were:distiller's grains 37%(m/m),cottonseed meal 26%(m/m),soybean meal 22%(m/m),wheat bran 15%(m/m),acid protease content 1%(m/m),inoculation amount 2.5%(V/m),fermented at 40 ℃ for 4 d.Compared with control,the ASP/CP increased 125.46%.This study provided a way for the comprehensive reuse of liquor brewing byproducts,improved the protein quality of waste feed and increased the economic value of fermented feed.
