日粮中不同水平刺五加多糖对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响

为研究日粮中不同水平刺五加多糖(Acanthopanax Senticosus Polysaccharides,ASPS)对育肥猪生长性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。试验将 84 头初始体重相近的育肥猪随机分为 4 组,每组 3 个重复,每个重复 7头猪,各组育肥猪分别在基础日粮+0%、0。1%、0。2%、0。3%的刺五加多糖,并记为ASPS0 组、ASPS1 组、ASPS2 组、ASPS3组。试验为期 40 d。结果表明:(1)与ASPS0 组相比,ASPS1 组、ASPS2 组育肥猪的平均日增重显著提高 8。09%、7。38%(P<0。05),料重比显著降低 10。56%、9。24%(P<0。05);(2)与ASPS0 组相比,ASPS1 组、ASPS2 组、ASPS3 组育肥猪血清中免疫球蛋白A、白细胞介素-10 含量显著提高(P<0。05),且ASPS1 组育肥猪血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著降低(P<0。05),ASPS2 组育肥猪血清中免疫球蛋白M含量显著提高(P<0。05);(3)与ASPS0 组相比,ASPS1组、ASPS2 组、ASPS3 组育肥猪血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0。05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0。05),且ASPS2 组、ASPS3 组育肥猪血清总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0。05)。由此可见,日粮添加适宜水平的刺五加多糖可提高育肥猪的生长性能和免疫功能,改善机体抗氧化能力。在本试验条件下,刺五加多糖的适宜添加水平为0。1%~0。2%。
The effects of different levels of acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides in the diet on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of fattening pigs
To investigate the effects of different levels of Acanthopanax Senticosus Polysaccharides(ASPS)in the diet on the growth performance,immune function,and antioxidant capacity of fattening pigs.84 fattening pigs with similar initial weights were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group of fattening pigs was fed with basic diet+0%,0.1%,0.2%,and 0.3%of Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides,and were recorded as ASPS0 group,ASPS1 group,ASPS2 group,and ASPS3 group.Each group had 3 replicates,with 7 pigs per replicate.The experimental period is 40 days.The results showed that:1)Compared with the ASPS0 group,the average daily weight gain of fattening pigs in the ASPS1 and ASPS2 groups significantly increased by 8.09%and 7.38%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 10.56%and 9.24%(P<0.05);2)Compared with the ASPS0 group,the ASPS1 group,ASPS2 group,and ASPS3 group significantly increased the levels of immunoglobulin A and interleukin-10 in the serum of fattening pigs(P<0.05),and the ASPS1 group also showed a significant increase in tumor necrosis factor in the serum of fattening pigs-α The content significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the serum immunoglobulin M content in the ASPS2 group of fattening pigs significantly increased(P<0.05);3)Compared with the ASPS0 group,the ASPS1 group,ASPS2 group,and ASPS3 group showed a significant increase in serum superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05)and a significant decrease in malondialdehyde content(P<0.05)in fattening pigs.Additionally,the ASPS2 group and ASPS3 group showed a significant increase in serum total antioxidant capacity(P<0.05).From this,it can be seen that adding appropriate levels of acanthopanax polysaccharides to the diet can improve the growth performance and immune function of fattening pigs,and improve the body's antioxidant capacity.Under the conditions of this experiment,the appropriate level of adding polysaccharides from Acanthopanax senticosus is 0.1%~0.2%.
